Position: Call Center Agent-French Speaking
Location: Nairobi Kenya
Salary Range: Kshs. 25,000 – 30,000 plus Commissions
On behalf of our client we seek to recruit French Speaking- Call Center Agents who have excellent communication skills in French and excellent customer service skills.
The main Purpose of a call center agent will be to
handle various queries from clients, escalating some of the issue to the
relevant authorities for handling.
Call Center Agent Job
Responsibilities and Duties:
incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
and resolve customer complaints
products and place customer orders in the computer system
and escalate issues to supervisors
product and service information to customers
required information using available resources
identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
orders, forms, and application
calls to appropriate resources
all call information according to standard operating procedures
document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
up customer calls where necessary
products and services
call logs and reports
duties as assigned
Call Center Agent Qualifications and
school diploma or equivalent
academic qualification in French
language from any recognized institution
communication both reading and writing in French.
years working experience in a call center environment
working with French related institutions will be an added advantage.
